We went to Ontario (Canada for any Americans reading), where we stayed in the beautiful Porthridge Cottage, rented from Clearwater Holidays, who we heartily recommend. We rented a very cool car, a PT Cruiser, which we drove up and down the highways to all the nearby tourist spots. Our favourites include the Ojibwa Indian Tea-rooms and the Algonquwin naional park.
